This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which renamex.com (operated by OBloodwing) offers refunds for its subscription services, processed securely through our authorized reseller, Paddle.
1. General Refund Conditions
All subscription purchases are subject to the following refund criteria:
- Eligibility Period: A subscription may be refunded within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided the service has not been used.
- Ineligibility: Refunds are not available if the service has been used after the subscription purchase.
- Billing Cycles: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by the user. The user is responsible for timely cancellation.
2. Payment Processing and Requests
We utilize Paddle as our authorized Merchant of Record and payment processor. All payment, billing, cancellation, and refund processes are managed by Paddle.
How to Request a Refund: All requests for refunds and subscription cancellations must be submitted directly to Paddle. Please refer to your Paddle receipt for contact and support information or visit Paddle's support website for direct assistance.
Mismatched Accounts: Users are responsible for ensuring that the email address used during the Paddle purchase process matches the email address associated with their renamex.com account. Access issues caused by incorrect, misspelled, or mismatched email addresses are the user's responsibility and are not eligible for refunds.
3. Service Disruptions
While we strive to keep the service operational, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or third-party hosting issues. Such interruptions do not automatically qualify for a refund, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
