1. Who We Are

renamex.com is an online tool that allows users to rename images based on Excel/CSV files

All files are processed temporarily and deleted immediately after processing.

We do not store uploaded files or personal user data beyond what is necessary for account management.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not use the Service to:

- Upload or process any illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content

- Attempt to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with our systems

- Misuse the Service in a way that could harm others or disrupt our infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user violating these Terms.

3. Account Access

Access to the Service is provided through Google login only.

We do not offer manual registration.

You are responsible for maintaining control of your Google account used for login.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions can be purchased securely through Paddle, our authorized reseller and payment processor.

Prices for our subscription plans are listed in USD.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the email address used during purchase matches the email address associated with their account. Access issues caused by incorrect, misspelled, or mismatched email addresses are the user's responsibility and are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds are not available if the service has been used after the subscription purchase.

If the service has not been used, the subscription may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

All transactions and recurring billing processes are managed by Paddle.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by the user. The user is responsible for timely cancellation.

Refund and subscription cancellation requests must be submitted to Paddle, our authorized payment provider. All refunds and cancellations are handled exclusively by Paddle.

5. File Processing and Storage

Files you upload are processed automatically by our system to complete the requested action.

Files are permanently deleted immediately after completion.

We do not review, share, or retain any uploaded content after processing.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including design, code, and features, belong to renamex.com.

You may use the Service solely for lawful purposes related to your own content.

You retain ownership of any files or materials you upload.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

While we strive for high precision, renamex.com does not guarantee that the processed output will be flawless. Users must independently review and verify all results before final use.

Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

The Service is not recommended for use on standard mobile phones or older devices. Performance issues experienced on mobile devices are explicitly excluded from any guarantee or refund claims.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service online and functional at all times.

However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or third-party hosting issues.

We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime or service unavailability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, or

- Any claim related to the use or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid (if any) for credits used in the last 30 days.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse.

Upon termination, your credits and account data may be deleted.

Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page.

By continuing to use the Service, you agree to the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any dispute shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in our place of business.
